If Lockvin is acquired by or merges with another company, to the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that Lockvin may transfer your personal information to such company. In this event, Lockvin will notify you by email/or a prominent notice on the Website of any choices you may have regarding your personal information before your personal information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

Lockvin will retain your personal information as long as it is necessary and relevant to provide you with Lockvin’s Services. Any time Lockvin asks you for mobile money number and pin or a credit card number for payment or for verification purposes, it will be SSL encrypted. The personal information you provide will be stored securely on Lockvin’s servers. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. Therefore, Lockvin cannot guarantee its absolute security. If Lockvin learns of a security systems breach, Lockvin may attempt to notify you electronically so that you can take appropriate protective steps. By using Lockvin’s Services or otherwise providing personal information to Lockvin, you agree that Lockvin can communicate with you electronically regarding security, privacy, and administrative issues relating to your use of Lockvin’s Services. Generally, you may not opt-out of these communications, which are not promotional in nature.
