Our vehicle condition reports cost between GHS 39.99 to  49.99 on our web app and android mobile platforms. However, our report on iOS devices is US 11.99

Each vehicle is manufactured with the unique vehicle identification number VIN/Chassis. This is a 17-digit number embossed on the body of the car.

No. Our vehicle history reports are for personal use only. Commercial use is strictly prohibited

No. Refund is not available after the report has been delivered to you. Refer to our terms and conditions regarding refunds.

Yes. There are lots of package options. Token and credits offer opportunities to save on your report needs. Access tokens and credits on our mobile and  web apps. A copy of the report is sent to your supplied email. If you‘re a registered user you can view reports on the mobile app or website.

Reports do not expire. All your reports are listed in your account. They remain there as long as your account is active.

No, HomeUsedCar is only able to provide details of an accident or repair if it is declared a “total loss” by an insurer in the exporting country.

Yes. Tokens can be used on all our service platforms be it Android, iOS or on our web app regardless of the platform it was purchased from. We recommend you buy the token or package from the web app to make some savings there.
